You are on the homepage of the central electronic whistleblower system of Mosaik-Berlin gGmbH and its subsidiaries.
You can use this whistleblower system to submit reports if you receive information about violations in connection with your professional activities or in advance of a professional activity in accordance with Section 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act ("HinSchG").
You can also use the reporting centre to submit information on human rights or environmental risks or violations of human rights or environmental obligations in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act ("LkSG").
We have commissioned PARK Compliance Services GmbH, in this case Dr. Tobias Eggers and Dr. Marius Haak, to set up and operate this whistleblower system and to act as an ombudsperson. Reports of violations under the HinSchG and the LkSG are received directly and exclusively by Dr. Eggers and Dr. Haak. In this video, Tobias Eggers introduces himself and his duties as ombudsperson.
Finally, you can report violations of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). Information on such violations is received by Dr. Eggers and Dr. Haak as well as by Ms. Claudia Kuhlmann. In this constellation, Dr. Eggers and Dr. Haak are solely responsible for confirming receipt. Only Ms. Claudia Kuhlmann will deal with the content of the notification.

How the system protects you:
- The system preserves the confidentiality of the identity of the persons named in Section 8 HinSchG, i.e. above all that of the whistleblower.
- If you wish, your report will be recorded completely anonymously.
- All information is encrypted end-to-end so that your sensitive information is secure.
What topic do you want to report?
This reporting point applies to any violation under ยง 2 HinSchG, i.e. violations that are punishable by law or are a regulatory offense. In addition, certain violations of federal or state laws and directly applicable legal acts of the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community can be reported.
Violations of the LkSG can be reported under "Human rights or environmental risks/violations".
The AGG is a law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of characteristics such as gender, race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity. If you wish to report a violation of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), please select "Violations of the AGG". Please note that the HinSchG and its legal protective effects (e.g. confidentiality) do not apply to these reports. However, as a company, we are committed to providing comprehensive protection for whistleblowers in these reports as well.
If your report does not fall under these categories and another contact person is therefore responsible for your case, you will receive confidential feedback.
External reporting offices
The option of submitting a report via the Mosaik-Berlin gGmbH reporting platform does not preclude you from submitting an external report to the responsible federal, state or European Union bodies, institutions or other agencies. In particular, the following can be considered as such
